RistoraBergamo is a new way of experiencing dining in the city and province.A platform that allows you to book your table, order delivery and take-away directly from a single portal.
Choosing RistoraBergamo means giving a concrete hand to restauranteurs from all over the Bergamo area who, thanks to this platform, do not incur any commission or activation costs.

What kind of offer can I find on RistoraBergamo?

We personally take care of bringing together and proposing a wide selection of restaurants, bars, agritourisms, catering establishments, local producers, delicatessens, patisseries and other businesses active in the food sector present in the territory of the province and the city of Bergamo.

I have never used RistoraBergamo, what should I do?

Using RistoraBergamo is very simple. In a few clicks you can register and start using all the services: choose between booking tables, delivery and take-away and discover all the participating businesses active near you!

Do I need an account to use RistoraBergamo

No, registration is not necessary, but if you create your account you can save your addresses, consult the history of your orders and reservations and repeat them and above all you can accumulate credits to spend in the form of discount coupons for your orders and your reservations.

I want to book a table with RistoraBergamo, how does it work?

On the Homepage, select "Restaurant reservation" and enter the reservation details and the location of interest. On the next page you will find the list of available restaurants, choose the one you prefer, indicate your arrival time, the room where you would like to eat and send the reservation. You will receive a text message that informs you if the reservation has been accepted or if it has been forwarded and is awaiting confirmation, in this case the confirmation or denial will arrive within 10 minutes.

I want to order my dishes before arriving at the restaurant, what can I do?

With RistoraBergamo you can order dishes even before arriving at the restaurant, when booking a table. In the tab dedicated to the restaurant you can consult the menu: select the dishes by clicking on the "Add" button and, once you have chosen your order, confirm the reservation with the "Go to the checkout" button. The order will be communicated to the restaurant and you can enjoy your dishes as soon as you sit at the table.

I ordered my dishes before arriving at the restaurant, can I add other dishes once I am seated at the table?

SYes! Once you arrive at the restaurant you can add other dishes to your order by asking the restaurant staff or through RistoraBergamo.

At the time of booking I was asked for a deposit, why?

Some restaurants require a small deposit to block the reservation and reduce the risk of no-shows. The request is at the complete discretion of the restaurant. The amount paid as a deposit will then be discounted from the final check at the time of payment.

I want to order delivery or take away with RistoraBergamo, how does it work?

You can order through the RistoraBergamo platform both from your computer and with your smartphone. Select the "Delivery" or "Takeaway" mode and add your delivery address complete with street number to see which operators are active in your area. Select the day and time of the service and you will see all the places that meet your requests. At that point, choose the place, select your dishes and click on "Checkout" to place your order. Once ready, if the selected service mode is "Delivery", the order will be delivered to the address indicated. If you want to help the establishment’s organisation, order in advance.

What time can I order?

The order can be executed at any time through the platform. In the case of a "Takeaway" service, the collection must be carried out at the time indicated at the time of the order. In the case of a "Delivery" service, the order will be delivered at the time indicated, with a tolerance of 20 minutes. The service is active every day from morning to evening, restaurants have different times as indicated in the respective profiles and can receive orders only if active on the day and time indicated in the search.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can use the "Takeaway" option to collect orders from establishments offering this service. Connect to the platform to discover all the proposals.

How is the food packaged?

Packaging always depends on the type of food and the restaurant you ordered from. Restaurants take great care in using packaging that maintains the right temperature for as long as possible.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order may vary depending on the restaurant you order from. It will be shown to you when you create your order, in the cart. Not all restaurants require a minimum order

How can I be sure that my booking / order has been successful?

Upon confirmation of the order / booking we will notify you with a text message and an email to the address you have provided.

IWhat does the RistoraBergamo credit consist of?

The more you use RistoraBergamo, the more you save! Our credit allows you to access exclusive discounts. You can accumulate it using our services, through orders and reservations.

How can I use my credit?

Using your RistoraBergamo credit is easy: all you have to do is select the item at the time of payment to immediately get your exclusive discount.

When can I use my credit?

Your credit can be used on orders and reservations made through RistoraBergamo.

Are there any credit thresholds that can be used in an order?

Credit can be used in blocks of €5. Only one block can be used per order/reservation.

Are there any thresholds on credit that can be accumulated?

No! There are no limits to the credit you can accumulate on RistoraBergamo.

Where can I view my credit?

Click on the profile icon to access your account card, selecting "my money box" will display the details of your remaining credit.

Does my credit expire?

Yes, credit usually expires 30 days after receiving it.

I can't use my credit when placing an order, why?

You have probably added products to the cart on which a promotion created by the restaurateur was already active. The RistoraBergamo credit cannot be combined with other offers.

How can I pay on RistoraBergamo?

Simple, safe, immediate: on RistoraBergamo you can pay your orders with the main credit cards. Payments are handled through Stripe.

Should I leave a tip?

You choose! Tipping is at your complete discretion.

Can I change my account details?

Yes, on your profile page you can access the account tab and edit all your data.

Can I register my delivery address for RistoraBergamo?

Yes, in your account profile, under "My addresses", you can enter and modify all your addresses in order to manage orders even faster.

Can I change my password?

Yes, in the "My Account" section of your profile page you can change your password in seconds.

I can no longer access RistoraBergamo: I have forgotten my password, how can I recover it?

On the login screen, you can recover your password in just a few clicks. Select the dedicated item and enter your registration email to generate your new password.
